All courses must be prepaid in full. Payment is due three weeks before the course date. In no case will participation be allowed without prior payment. We will acknowledge payments by e-mail followed by a paid Invoice by post. Please bring the e-mail acknowledgement with you to avoid a potential misunderstanding.
Should you decide to cancel your registration, you have two options:
Antezeta reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any training course at any time. In the event of this happening, we will issue you a full refund. If we are able to reschedule a course, you may elect to attend instead receiving a refund. We are not responsible for any extra costs, such as but not limited to, travel and/or lodging, incurred as a result of a canceled course.
The instructor may change due to organizational needs
Antezeta reserves the right to modify course content.
As you should expect, your instructors have invested significant time and effort in the preparation of each lesson. Your fellow students, or their employers for them, have sacrificed time and money to attend. Thus, as a sign of mutual respect to your fellow students, your instructor and yourself, all externally focused distractions, such as but not limited to, cellular phone calls, e-mail consultation, instant messaging, are forbidden during lesson time. Use of such tools, unless specifically called for by the instructor as part of the lesson program, may result in student explusion. No refund is due in such case. Exceptions for medical and emergency workers may be obtained in advance, in writing.
