Sean Carlos is Antezeta's President. He has managed telemarketing and direct mail campaigns for an organization with over 10,000 members and worked as a business Solution Architect in Hewlett-Packard Consulting's Worldwide Information Management team.
Prior to starting Antezeta, he was IT Manager of Italy's leading real estate web site, CasaClick.it, part of the Pirelli Group.
In addition to his client work, he collaborated with the Web Analytics Association and the University of British Columbia in producing the first known Web Analytics course. After graduating with a degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Computer Science, Roberto Ghislandi worked for years in the software sector, first in development, then design and finally in sales and marketing.
In 1994 Roberto co-founded an IT services company which he managed with two partners until the end of 2004. Roberto developed and managed the sales channel, made up of over 2000 resellers of software distributed and produced by the company.
While managing the sales force, Roberto also managed Internet and web marketing projects for Enterprise companies in the Italian market.
Since the end of 2004, Roberto works as an instructor and consultant on Internet applications and web sites with a particular focus on e-commerce, e-mail marketing and web marketing overall.
In 2005 he researched and authored a series of special articles on professional Internet products and services for the magazine internet.pro, published by Tecniche Nuove. Topics included e-mail marketing, e-commerce, on-line surveys, news aggregators (RSS Feeds), housing & hosting and outsourcing security.
